Job Description:
The essential duties and responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:



•Initial project budgeting, consultant selection, plan review, funding approval, contractor
selection, and management of all daily activities of the jobs

•Active job Project Management of multiple jobs, up to $10,000,000 of aggregate volume

•Acts as a liaison to Accounting and Finance departments regarding capital spending

•Manages sub-contracted project managers

•Performs budgeting and feasibility work

•Performs site visits and all related travel for active jobs

•Performs all administrative work related to jobs, including invoicing and reporting.



Successful candidates will meet the following qualifications:



Education and/or Experience:



Specialty / Technical Training required (4-Year College Degree preferred) in Engineering,
Architecture or Construction Management and 5 years of related experience; or equivalent
combination of education and experience. 



Excellent project and time management skills are essential, as well as ability to communicate
successfully with a variety of audiences. General Contractor License preferred; a valid
driver’s license and proof of insurance is required for significant local and regional travel.
PC literacy in MS Office applications.



Supervisory Responsibilities: 



Overall responsibility for 10-12 consultants, contractors or employees. Is responsible for the
overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these individuals. Carries out supervisory
responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
Responsibilities may include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning,
assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; addressing complaints and resolving
problems.
