Job Description:
Position Summary:

The Technical Case Administrator is responsible for telephone and / or on-site support for the
Introspect product suite.

 

Responsibilities:

Analyze and solve a wide variety of complex and challenging issues 
Work as part of a highly trained team of technical professionals 
Work with clients to apply technology solutions to business problems 
Data conversions and SQL data manipulation
 

Skills and Experience Required:

Experience working with clients on business solutions 
Enjoy solving tough problems 
Experience in SQL and query building 
Knowledge of Windows 2000, Visual Basic, SQL Server, IIS, Client Server and / or multi-tier
architecture utilizing a RDBMS a plus 
Experience in one of the following: HTML, ASP or XML a plus 
A strong desire to learn continually and grow professionally 
Comfortable working in a team-based environment and supporting others 
Desire to be part of an exciting, rapidly-growing organization 
Ability to work autonomously with flexibility and excellent judgment 
Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines 
Ability to work cooperatively as part of a team
