Job Description:
Our interactive communications solution is a blend of advanced, multi-channel applications
built upon enterprise systems and delivered through a software service model. Businesses such
as T-Mobile, Wachovia, Staples, Puget Sound Energy, and Northwest Airlines use PAR3’s
technology to proactively and personally interact with their customers – providing important
and relevant information at the right time, through any channel. 

 

The SalesLogix Administrator is responsible for the ongoing support and maintenance of the
SalesLogix system. Usually a good Administrator has experience in the Sales team. The
SalesLogix Administrator typically is a business analyst or systems analyst.

 

Primary Responsibilities:  

·         Managing SalesLogix users, user feature security, and user data security
requirements

·         Defining and managing SalesLogix teams

·         Preparing customer information for importing (in some instances, the actual import of
data using the SalesLogix Import Wizard or Scribe-Migrate)

·         Defining pick lists and other reference information (e.g., competitors, products,
lead sources)

·         Defining/Implementing/Documenting internal procedures and processes (e.g., sales
processes, entering new contact information)

·         Determining what custom changes may be required

·         Creating new reports, SalesLogix groups, and simple view changes (if necessary)

·         Data scrubbing and duplicate record merging

 

Requirements: (Experience/Skills)

·         A minimum of 2 years business systems consulting or systems analysis experience
required

·         Excellent communication skills

·         Excellent writing and organizational skills

·         Experience and training with SQL database concepts

·         Re-engineering or process management design experience

 

Education / Experience:

·         Basic language programming experience required

·         2+ years Microsoft Windows NT Server experience and/or equivalent training

·         Demonstrated experience in SQL database design

·         Experience with report development using Crystal Reports and IQ

·         Application design 

·         Systems testing or quality assurance experience

·         Microsoft Office experience, especially Microsoft Word template design

·         Microsoft MCSE Certification on Windows NT Server Administration and Microsoft SQL
Server desired

·         Knowledge of sales processes, pipeline management, lead tracking, and selling
methodologies (e.g., Strategic Selling and Solution Selling) desired
