We are currently seeking candidates to manage and to provide customer service at our store in
Fresno, CA area.
ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER
In the absence of the Store Manager, the Assistant Manager is in sole charge of the store and
is accountable for its day-to-day operation of the store; Provides work direction; Assists
with employee training; Interviews applicants and makes recommendations to the manager;
Handles employee and customer complaints and ensure compliance of corporate directives,
policies and procedures
Candidates must have strong initiative, enthusiasm, problem-solving skills and a
positive commitment to customer service. At least 1 year 'RECENT' retail management
experience. Must be flexible, enjoy interaction with the public, and be able to comfortably
lift up to 50lbs.
