Job Description:
REQUIREMENTS:

As Manager, Internal Audit, you must have extensive audit experience and the ability to
interact with management at all levels. This position is responsible for planning, executing
and completing audit fieldwork, recommending internal control improvements that may include
operational enhancements or efficiencies, and the preparation of audit reports. The position
is based Los Angeles and travel may be up to 50%, including international. 

The position requires a college degree in finance, accounting, or related field with at least
six years of experience including public accounting and financial and operational auditing. A
CPA is required. A graduate degree, homebuilding and/or mortgage experience and/or CIA are
highly desirable. The person filling this position must be knowledgeable about Sarbanes-Oxley
and exposure to current IT technologies system software in an AS400 (JDE) environment would be
helpful.
