Our client, a financial services firm in Boston, is need of a Senior Technical Support
associate. This is a great role for a highly motivated person to join a dynamic firm with
tremendous growth potential. This associate will be responsible for analyzing and responding
to client inquiries via e-mail relating to the use of the firms Internet based software,
brokerage data and tax implications.
∑ Act as liaison between tech and operations divisions to resolve issues
∑ Provide training to customers via web-site tutorials & conduct train-the-trainer sessions
for business partners
∑ Provide feedback on product enhancements to marketing and product development staffs
∑ Create written support materials for use internally and by customers
∑ Bachelorís Degree plus 3-5 years experience
∑ Outstanding knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and browsers
∑ Previous back ground in financial services is desirable
∑ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
∑ Proven ability to effectively handle irate customers
∑ Demonstrated ability to visualize problems at user-level
∑ Strong desire to work in a fast paced, growing firm with a collaborative, extremely team
