Account Executive, Wholesale Lending
 
Position Overview 
Our client is looking to acquire talented sales professionals with a proven track record of
taking strategic sales planning and producing actionable, customer-focused sales
opportunities. Qualified candidates should demonstrate a strong, consistent track record in
wholesale lending and in turn receive a workplace and culture that promotes high standards and

Primary Responsibilities 
• Solicit loan registrations from Mortgage Brokers in designated territory 
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of products, programs and policies 
• Offer training and guidance to approved Mortgage Brokers regarding products, programs,
policies, technology tools and resources 
• Provide continuous follow-up with approved Mortgage Brokers to ensure business is being
referred, 
loans are registered to close and quality standards are met and maintained 
• Leverage and utilize wholesale website/technology as a competitive selling advantage to
Mortgage Brokers 
• Representation at local trade shows/conferences 
 

Minimum Requirements 
Business/management degree preferred as well as a minimum of 3-5 years of mortgage lending
experience. 
Candidate must have comprehensive understanding of the wholesale lending sales process;
demonstrate 
strong interpersonal skills; self-starter qualities and have a proven track record of sales
success.
