•Bachelors degree in Finance or related field;
•5 plus years of recent, relevant experience;
•Certified Financial Planner designation a must;
•Experience with the design and implementation of corporate compensation and ownership
succession strategies a plus;
•Strong case analysis and presentation skills;
•Experienced at new business development;
•Self-motivated and able to work independently;
•Strong project management skills;
•Demonstrated team-building skills;
•Proactively seeks to improve the work environment and the quality of service delivered;
•CPA License and Masters of Taxation desirable.
