members in 17 states.  Doral Dental is located in Mequon, WI and is a division of Boston-based
DentaQuest Ventures.  We are currently looking to add a PROVIDER RELATIONS FIELD REPRESENTATIVE
to work onsite in Maryland and work in our office in Calverton, Maryland.  

 

The right individual will have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.  Must have
strong oral and written communication skills, excellent detail and organizational skills,
strong computer skills and previous sales, negotiation, and recruitment experience is
preferred.  

 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

 

Serve as a liaison between dental offices and Doral Dental by answering remittance, payment,
benefit, claims, and eligibility questions when necessary.

 

Provide timely and accurate network report(s).

 

Proactively contact participating offices, via face- to- face visits or telephonically, to
maintain/strengthen relationships.

 

 Update Manager of Network & Provider Relations regularly on major issues, both internal and
external.

 

Respond to internal/external clients with accurate and complete plan information.

 

Provide recommended solutions to manage market issues.

 

Ensure that network information is accurately maintained in company database(s).

 

Develop and maintain knowledge regarding service areas including number of dentist by
specialty, competing managed care companies, and the general attitude towards Managed Care.
