you will be responsible for building a business unit within our Estate & Financial Planning
§ Leading the sales initiatives for a team of Financial Services Professionals.
§ Training professionals in referral prospecting techniques.
§ Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and professionals.
§ Mentoring professionals in the skills of listening empathetically, gathering facts,
analyzing total needs and making responsible recommendations.

§ NASD Series 6, 63 required
§ CA Insurance License required
§ CLU, ChFC, CFP designations preferred; Series 65 preferred
§ BA, BS, Graduate Degree or equivalent work experience required
