Organizational Development/Curriculum Design Consultant

The Bard Group is seeking an experienced organizational development professional to join our
firmís Newton-based healthcare consulting practice.  The person filling this role will work in
partnership with our consulting teams to develop, design and prepare consulting materials,
courses or programs that target the specific development needs of our client organizations. 
Key areas of focus are team effectiveness, change management, performance management,
organizational alignment, strategy and goal development, and leadership development
curriculum.  This position involves a combination of organizational development, education and
training material development, and instructional design.  


  • Relevant consulting and healthcare industry experience
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and facilitation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and work both collegially and independently
  • Ability to work in close collaboration with consulting team to translate consulting engagements into discrete interventional steps and build or assemble consulting materials to support each step
  • Deep understanding of business fundamentals, corporate strategy and organizational issues
  • Demonstrated ability to design meetings that fully engage participants and accommodate different learning styles
