Director of Sales and Marketing – Networking Solutions
We are looking for a results driven, Sales and Marketing professional with strong leadership
and hands-on management skills who is interested in the long-term success of a growing network
infrastructure and professional services firm. This is an entrepreneurial opportunity that will
lead to partnership for the right person.
By successfully driving and aggressively growing the company’s sales and marketing results,
this person will lead Denmac to the next level. Concentrating in the Chicago land area, you
will develop business with enterprise clients that are committed to providing technologically
advanced, secure and reliable networks to their organization. Solutions include high-end,
quality engineering services from Denmac Systems, LLC and the integration of products from key
vendors like Microsoft, Novell, Cisco and Nortel.
Build, lead and manage sales and marketing process to achieve Denmac’s growth objectives.
Secure and increase new business by leveraging existing clients and developing a new client
Work closely with existing management to develop and implement a short and long-term sales and
Recruit, coach and motivate the sales and marketing team through leading by example and the
demonstration of best practices.
Develop and execute a sales strategy that will result in new business for Denmac’s networking
services (prospecting, sales calls, presentations, proposals and closing business.)
Team effectively with the network engineers and the client support staff to build insightful;
and strategic solutions for our clients while ensuring a high level of quality and
Develop appropriate budget, management reports and provide accurate and timely forecasts
resulting in closing sales of Denmac’s solutions.
Develop and maintain a sales pipeline for each sales professional in order to meet/ exceed
monthly, quarterly and annual revenue objectives.
Proven ability to sell and market network consulting and integration services.
Ability to flourish in an entrepreneurial environment
5 + years of Sales and Marketing Management experience in network consulting and integration
Proven track record of increasing business and revenue through development and execution of
sales and marketing plans. Demonstrate ability to layout strategy for accomplishing goals.
Experience in recruiting solid sales candidates and building an effective sales team.
Proven track record of closing business utilizing consultative selling approach and a focus on
Excellent written and verbal communication.
