Document requirements to be supported by CM group.
Analyze requirements and provide high level solutions on how the requirements could be
supported (in part/whole) using CM tooling.
Work with Release Manager, CM Manager, and Environments Manager to determine touch points of
requirements across ITQA RM/CM/ENV.
Continuous improvement of existing tooling functionality to provide better customer experience
and reduce resource expenditure.
Provide training on CM tooling.
Understand existing Client polices, processes, and procedures.
Evaluate and recommend process engineering disciplines (CMMI, EIA, IEEE, etc.).
Monitor existing process automation for continuous improvement synergies.
Support existing/future process engineering activities surrounding the CM solutions in place.
Write training manuals in support of process engineering activities and be able to conduct
training sessions to internal/external Clientemployees.
Experience in Changeman Dimensions and be able to configure the tool
Experience in Changeman ZMF/DS
Experienced process engineer in areas of Release Management and CM build and deploy
Understand Client SDLC and all IT process touch points
Good documentation skills
Excellent communication skills
