Possess a two- to four-year technical degree in Electronics (AAS, BSEE), Mechanics (AAS, BSME)
or Industrial Engineering (AS, BSIE), or equivalent military experience as determined by the
Area Service Manager. Possess a valid driver's license and passport. Requires operation of:
basic Bently Nevada products, Bently Nevada TK-Series Test Kits, Thermocouple Calibrator, RTD
Calibrator, handheld DMM, function generator, power supply, oscilloscope, basic tool kit, IBM
compatible computer and peripherals, as well as software for word processing, spreadsheet,
drawing and communications, telephone, automobile, modem, hand cart, basic electronics repair
hand tools and fixtures.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY OF THE JOB:
In this position, the person will learn advanced skills which a Systems and Instrumentation
Team Representative performs. The typical duties will be expanded from the Representative's
position to include additional types of monitors to calibrate, repair of field-repairable
monitors to the electronic component level, configuration and setup of computer based products
and the setup of additional transducers. The actual duties that the person becomes qualified to
perform may be expanded in scope and nature based on the on-the-job experiences which are
