Job Description:
Our north of Boston client seeks a Customer Support Manager.  The selected individual will be
responsible for the following:


Plan, manage, and execute the technical side installations, upgrades, and ongoing support 
Monitor and track bugs and enhancements reported by customers, and feed this information into
the development organization 
Keep the company’s Customer Relationship Management software up-to-date for the Customer
Support team 
Provide advanced technical support, on-site as necessary 
Document deployment best practices and constantly improve the time it takes to deploy the
Constantly improve the customer experience 
Report on customer support issues to upper management 


Customer Support Manager experience
5 yrs. of experience with deploying enterprise software
Ability to define, improve, and work with company processes and company growth
Solid Windows background
Ability to reproduce and troubleshoot problems at customer sites


Experience with shrink wrapped software deployment
Experience with SQL Server
Experience with HL7 or other medical interfaces
