We are looking for an experienced, motivated, customer service-oriented, and well rounded
Implementation Analyst. As a member of the implementation team, you will be working with the
IT functions of our customers, applying state-of-the-art tools in managing the initial setup
of new e-commerce merchants to our payment processing system.
Major duties and responsibilities include:
· On-board new merchants and maintain existing merchant accounts
· Analyze merchant requirements and technical specifications for compliance
· Work closely with merchants, providing technical advice regarding connectivity,
format compliance, coding, and industry standards
· Work closely with Account Managers to meet merchant implementation schedule
· Work closely with the development team to implement merchant services
· Write, develop and execute manual and automated test cases
· Maintain technical documentation as well as customer specific details
Required Technical Skills / Knowledge / Abilities:
Attention to Detail, thorough and hands-on
Experience with Windows and Linux environments
Experience with relational databases and good ability to write SQL queries
Good communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
Strong problem solving, analytical skills and the ability to understand complex business
Experience with file formats, e.g. flat files, comma delimited, fixed length, XML, etc.
Experience with internet protocols, e.g. FTP, TCP/IP sockets, HTTPS POST, etc.
Experience with PGP
Minimum 4 years experience as an Implementation Analyst
Preferred Technical Skills:
Familiarity with Web applications, Java, Perl
Experience with CVS and Eclipse
Knowledge of credit card processing or financial services
BS or MS degree in CS or equivalent experience relevant to Implementation
