The Marketing Director is responsible for developing and implementing both near-term and
long-term marketing plans for Babson Executive Education (BEE). Additionally, this individual
will coordinate all efforts to define and communicate an integrated, compelling positioning and
messaging for BEE that supports consistent revenue growth for the business.
Primary responsibilities include: develop and manage the overall BEE marketing strategy and
budget, including positioning, key messages, and marketing programs; research, analyze, and
identify major target segments within the executive education sector; design and implement
programs that build awareness and interest in BEE's custom business and open enrollment
programs and generate qualified leads for BEE business developers; leverage College Marketing
resources to develop and implement marketing solutions utilizing traditional and digital
marketing tactics to achieve BEE strategy and priorities; develop, write, and oversee
production of various promotional and marketing vehicles to support BEE marketing and sales
efforts; establish tracking system to help evaluate the effectiveness of all BEE marketing
activities; assume additional responsibilities as required.
The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal, organizational, and
communication skills; demonstrated experience creating and implementing integrated marketing
plans in a collaborative setting; and the ability and desire to work in a fast-paced and
challenging environment. MBA preferred with 5 years of professional marketing experience
