Invoke Solutions is currently searching for a take-charge individual who has the talent and
versatility to play a leadership role in our Market Research Practice Area. We are seeking a
Senior Research Consultant with at least 6 years of successful market research experience,
primarily in the packaged goods arena. Ideal candidates excel at managing all phases of
research project planning and execution. A proven track record in business development is
The primary responsibilities of the position are to:
6 plus years experience in quantitative and qualitative research from supplier or corporate
Identify client opportunities with account managers and propose research solutions using
Invoke’s proprietary online research platform.
Handle all aspects of project direction including study design, discussion guide design,
sampling methods, project management, analysis, and client reporting.
Manage project planning, budget, timelines and client expectations.
Conduct and moderate on-line, real-time, focus group sessions.
Develop discussion guides that appropriately use the Invoke platform.
Write well-structured, concise reports that provide clients with insightful and strategic
analysis and recommendations.
May assist in the training, development, and proactive mentoring of team members to further
their skills and abilities and long term contributions.
Proven strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience working with consumer packaged goods preferred but not required.
6+ years experience in quantitative and qualitative market research, with a strong focus on
the qualitative side. Supplier side experience preferred.
BA degree required; degree in business, economics or social sciences preferred, Masters Degree
Experience in advanced research methodologies.
Strategic insight in the delivery of market research services.
Creative with attention to detail.
Skilled use of MS Office applications, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent analytical, interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
Creative problem-solving ability and a team-player attitude.
Experienced in working with internet/virtual communities preferred but not required.
Ability to handle multiple assignments, meet deadlines and work well under pressure
