Job Description:
E.A. Dion, Inc., a manufacturer of emblematic and recognition jewelry for over 35 years,
located in Attleboro, MA, has an opening for a Sales-Account Manager.   

 

Due to rapid growth and success, our family owned business is in need of an experienced
Sales-Account Manager.   If you are a team player, driven to succeed, and have 5+ years
experience in business building, sales management and promotional marketing – we are looking
for you!

 

The Sales-Account Manager is responsible to respond to product solution challenges and
requests presented by Dion distributors, and suggest and guide them to an applicable product
solution.  Qualified candidates must be experienced product solution providers, with strong
planning, analytical, and communication skills.  Selling is done exclusively via distributors,
to be serviced by the Account Manager. Market segments include multi-level marketing
organizations, corporate recognition, and the promotional products industry.  Key
responsibilities include, but are not limited to providing accurate and timely “quote”
pricing, establishing and preserving strong customer relationships through proactive account
management, and maintaining knowledge of current trends and changes surrounding our
Competitive Companies, and our industry. Must be able to manage multiple projects and have the
ability to meet tight deadlines.

 

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

§         Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive account
management

§         Issue accurate and timely quotation pricing

§         Provide product solutions to Dion Distributors

§         Educate and Inform new/existing customers of Dion’s expanding capabilities

§         Stay current of changes in industry and on new trends

 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

§         Must possess excellent oral and written communications skills, and be detail
oriented

§         Strong computer skills needed 

Fluent knowledge of Word, Outlook (or other- email program) and PowerPoint required

 (familiarity with Excel, Access and PowerPoint a plus)

§         Must have strong “Teambuilding” abilities with a drive to succeed

§         Ability to develop strong working relationships within all levels of the Company

 

§         Credentials and Experience:

§         5+ years experience in business building, sales management, and promotional
marketing 

§         Experienced in providing individual and group internal and external presentations
