Independent Insurance Agency seeks Experienced Personal Lines Customer Service Representative

Responsible for daily servicing of Personal Lines Customers including new and renewal business
processing and maintenance of exceptional Customer relations with the client.
Principal Responsibilities
Manage and retain existing book of business. Sell additional policies when opportunities are
available.
Review and process renewals, new policies and policy changes.
Handle questions, research and resolve problems.
Interact with carriers and internal/external customers to ensure delivery of exceptional
Customer service and adherence to policies and procedures.
Completion of applications, rating and endorsements.
Applicant must be an enthusiastic self starter, flexible, be able to multi-task, and handle
responsibilities with minimal supervision.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
Insurance Experience (Auto, Homeowners, Umbrella, etc),
Computer Literate,
Customer Service, Quality Focus, must be organized & detail oriented,, Good interpersonal
Phone Skills,
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
NYS P&C License a plus.
Experience with AMS/AFW agency management systems a plus.
