Leading manufacturing company located in northern NJ seeks a hands-on, career minded, and fast
paced Tax Manager. 

 

Lead a 4 person tax department who are responsible for international and domestic tax planning,
ensure all income tax returns/extensions/estimates are filed in a timely manner, support all
disciplines of the company (Finance, Accounting, Treasury and operations,) multiple tax accrual
reviews pursuant to SFAS 109, oversee federal and state audit, and supervise and aid in the
professional development of staff.

 

 

 Minimum of 8-12 years tax experience, strong knowledge of tax accounting and consolidated
returns, international experience preferred, strong communication and interpersonal skills, as
well as the ability to motivate/motivate/train a team.
