Phone Support-

Previous Help Desk Experience Required

A+ Certification is a plus:The Fuji Team does mostly HL electronic cases with very minimal
incoming calls. The tools needed for this job are the very same ones you use for Mobile
dispatches. Clarify, NSS, IDS, etc. 


Being on the Fuji team you will troubleshoot computer based photo lab equipment. Provide phone
technical support for customers using photo lab equipment including Aladdin KIOSK, scanners, X
series servers and media towers.
