Application and implementation of QA processes and methodology for the entire QA department
Act as subject matter expert and therefore must have an extensive knowledge of the
telecommunication billing industry
Responsible for assuring that the software product delivered to customers exceeds quality
This role entails extensive customer interactions through all stages of the test lifecycle.
Will work closely with the development managers to ensure high quality deliverables

Review and guide QA engineers to ensure methodologies and quality practices are followed
Use metrics and measurements to evaluate deliverables and develop strategies to continually
improve productivity, time to market and quality.
Review and analyze telecommunication customer product requirements
Responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring QA process and procedures
Review of plans, test cases, schedules and testing strategies to validate requirements and
meet customer commitments
Ensure that product design and implementation meets product specifications.
Participate in document inspections with QA engineers, marketing, development and
Identify new technology and tools that can be applied to testing of our products.
Construct and maintain requirements matrix with test methods and approaches.
Perform data analysis, prepare test briefings, and write test reports.
Interface with strategic customers.
Responsible for documenting product behavior with respect to quality objectives.
