The Manager of Engineering will guide architectural and "big picture" programs for new or
enhanced infrastructure systems. Will work with internal teams and project managers to define
system/functional requirements, provide product recommendations, recommend emerging
technologies, and create system specifications to meet functional requirements.
This position includes disciplines in several areas of engineering including electrical,
hardware, networking, telephony, software, configuration management, release management,
change management, reliability management. Directs and monitors engineering tasks associated
with implementation or release, such as of change, builds, and beta testing. This position
requires leading edge skills in the latest areas of technology.

or technical white papers, making presentations to management or professional peers, and
