We have an immediate need for Financial Analyst to work in our Waltham, MA office.  As a
Financial Analyst you will be responsible for supporting the field business units and the
Financial Planning & Analysis organization with the time and expense monitoring, financial
analysis, and budget preparation. 


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Assist with weekly and monthly reporting.

Prepare financial reports and maintain spreadsheets as needed.

Provide financial support for assigned business unit management teams.

Support information requests from F&A management team.

Assist with the A/R collection process.

Distribute information to management teams and follow up on issues identified.  

Support budget preparation process.

Assist in P&L analysis and research. Analyze financial results versus plan.

Assist in incentive bonus performance reporting.


Requirements / Competencies:
Two to four years experience performing a financial, accounting or analytical role within a
professional service organization suggested.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Work independently, well organized and thorough in work assignments.

Detail oriented and customer service focused.

Follow issues through to resolution and escalate issues appropriately, take ownership for

Must demonstrate good judgment, initiative and tact.
