Primary Responsibilities include:
Responsible for full general ledger maintenance, financial statement preparation, variance
analysis, bank reconciliations, acquisitions and disposition closing statements, forecasting
and budgeting. Also participate in quarterly SEC filings and other special projects.
Job-related or personal attributes desired:
Working knowledge of excel, understands the accounting cycle, general understanding of account
classifications and debits and credits, general understanding of the concepts of reconciliation
of account differences. Good communication and analytical skills, deadline oriented.
