interior architectural design. While the origin of Dallek was retail office furniture, today we

multi-disciplined design firm offering expertise in all phases of interior architectural design
for contract, commercial and single family large scale residential design and renovation.

quality project management-planning, organizing, scheduling, controlling, coordinating and

work. You must be well versed in all aspects of the profession. The ideal candidate will have
had experience in coordinating and administering projects through all phases of development.
The candidate will prepare schematic, design development and construction documents.
Furthermore, they will prepare presentation drawings and specifications, have the ability to
research materials to determine appropriate selection for projects, review construction
submittals and project manage. Candidates must have a strong portfolio based on a minimum of
five years practical architectural experience. In addition, it is essential to have excellent
written and verbal communication, organizational and interpersonal skills. To join the Dallek
team you must have the following: • Architectural OR Architectural Technologist degree from an
accredited College/University • Strong knowledge of ACAD skills required, favorable
consideration will be given to proficiency in Sketch-up, Adobe Creative Suite, 3D modeling and
Microsoft Office • Strong hand drafting and graphic communication skills, such as, drawing &
color renderings/presentation boards • Design sensibility with the ability to integrate
concepts into complete detailed working documents • Familiarity with construction materials,
systems and their applications • Talent for architectural woodwork, fine cabinet and furniture
design • Ability to work independently and interact with clients for a given projects entirety
or collaboration with a team for the duration of each project • Multi-tasking skills to juggle
multiple projects • Ability to self-start and work in a unique, small office environment will
be paramount to success. Benefits and salary are based upon professional experience.
