Job Description:
AMR Research is looking for a Senior Client Research analyst to establish AMR value within the
aerospace and defense, industrial and automotive industries and ensure satisfaction with AMR
services. This individual will develop strong relationships with C-level and key client
contacts and individuals to ensure a long-term relationship.  Other duties include: 

 

Effectively manage the client engagement process to help increase client penetration, account
value and overall satisfaction with AMR Research's services. 
Research through primary and secondary sources, analyze and present industry-specific
information to clients to support this effort. 
Apply knowledge of key business and IT issues within vertical and facilitate value-added
service to ensure long-term AMR memberships for clients.
Analyze and report key client trends to assist AMR’s research process.
Apply knowledge base within the markets that AMR Research covers and apply it to client
issues.
Apply expertise in the discrete industries to add value to those clients, as well as to
Research staff.
Provide ongoing interaction with AMR Research's clients, including meetings, conference calls,
and formal presentations. 
Work closely with sales team to support renewal efforts.
 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

Bachelor's degree and at least 5+ years related experience;preferably in the Automotive,
Government or High Tech industries MBA degree preferred
Ability to engage and interact at the director/ project management level of F500 companies.
Knowledge of Automotive, Government or High Tech industries
Strong written and verbal communications skills.
Strong time management skills.
Proven ability to successfully manage several projects at once.
Strong primary research skills, including telephone interviewing and surveying techniques.
Proven ability to analyze data and concisely present results.
Proven ability to successfully manage several projects at once.

Must be willing to travel 5-7 days per quarter and attend 2-3 of AMR Research's conferences
per year.
