You will manage sales processes for the Pharmaceutical product line in hospital, managed care
and academic environments in order to establish prescribing habits and improve bid penetration
and compliance. You will also develop marketing and research relationships with key thought
leaders and key institutions to increase companyís presence and competitive position; in
addition, work closely with surgical territory managers to ensure company is strategically
positioned in these environments. Develop VIPís and speaker that will help influence
prescribing habits and drive business. Conduct educational seminars in teaching facilities
order to influence the habits of new physicians. Act as a key leader in the sales force,
interfacing with other territory managers. National Accounts Managers and Area Managers to
influence the company product support at the territory/area/region level.
Need Pharmaceutical Hospital Sales putting product on formulary with reimbursement experience.
Thorough industry knowledge of hospital sales techniques and practices. This level of knowledge
would normally be acquired through 3 to 5 years experience in sales and sales management or an
equivalent combination of education/experience.
Capacity to manage budgets, expenses and execute marketing plans
Strong analytical and business planning skills
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to many diverse customer audiences,
therapeutic decision makers, and other influence
Strong capabilities to interface effectively with all customer types
