technology with unmatched client service to revolutionize the residential real estate
industry. From our professional offices, BuySide real estate agents and customer service
representatives help experienced homebuyers navigate the buying process from online searching
to offers to closing.
We are looking for the top customer-focused, licensed agents to work full-time in our downtown
San Diego office.
Guaranteed bi-weekly paycheck
Minimum $35k base salary for agents
$14-$16/hr for Customer Service Representatives
Quarterly bonus program based on service, not volume

Real Estate Agents must have a current license and a minimum of 2 years residential
experience, plus exceptional phone demeanor, solid computer skills and a customer service
orientation that sets you apart from others
Customer Support Representatives must have previous office experience to support agents and
excellent phone demeanor to interact with callers. Previous real estate office experience
