Real Estate/Mortgage Company is currently seeking a Loan Processor/Originator. Come join an
aggressive company which needs an individual responsible for handling our inside leads as well
as generating new clients.

You have to be prepared to assume overall responsibility for the whole residential mortgage
loan process and be able to take it from the application to the closing.


The prospective candidate has to be able to:

? Convert inbound-warm leads to closed loans

? Provide appropriate follow-up and feedback for the office-generated referrals

? Prospect for leads using a variety of methods: build referral relationships with the
realtors and builders, utilizing professional and personal contacts, etc.


? Build professional relationships over the phone


? Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of available loan products, processing procedures and
underwriting policies of different lenders/banks


? Ability to take a client’s loan application by completing Fannie Mae form 1003 and prepare
good faith estimate

? Utilize a laptop computer for communications and an access of daily rates, applicant credit
reports, Loan Prospector responses, and loan transmitting

? Collect all the appropriate documentation from each applicant, pre-qualify a prospect, and
deliver loan package in the time frame set by the management

? Keep track of records for all originated loans through the closing phase, and complete
reports required by the management for these loans

? Stay in touch with the applicants and provide them with all the updates in a timely manner

Job Experience:

? Minimum two years of Senior mortgage processing experience


? Experience with processing different types of loans ranging from A paper to Sub Prime


? Knowledge of a residential mortgage processing, underwriting and closing procedures

? Excellent organizational and customer service skills

? Strong written and verbal communications skills (Bi-lingual: English/Spanish preferred)


? Self-motivated and reliable

? Proven computer skills

? Basic sales technique skills


? Knowledge of Calyx Point is a plus!
