Job Description:
Diamond Diagnostics, is a manufacturer and international supplier of clinical laboratory
equipment and related components.  The company is based in Holliston, Massachusetts and
services distributors in over 80 countries worldwide.

 

We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual with strong organizational,
administrative and accounting or bookkeeping skills to join our team. Openings are immediate.


 

The position entails the following responsibilities:

 

·         Sales Order Entry & Processing

·         Allocate Inventory based on Customer Requirements and Priority

·         Perform Customer Service Duties including stock status, shipment status and shipment
tracking either directly to Customers or through Regional Manager.

·         Canvass existing customer base for replenishment orders, sample evaluation, etc

·         Prospect and Qualification Calling

·         Conduct all Regional Manager responsibilities in their absence due to business
travel, vacation or illness. Such responsibilities would include email and phone
communication, order processing, claim oversight and quotations.

·         Inbound Tele-Customer Service handling

·         Coordinate customer installations and training

·         Sales and Marketing Support

 

Qualifications for this position are:

 

·         A.S or B.S.  Marketing, Business Administration or Accounting preferred

·         3 + years of customer service or international business experience

·         Proficiency in 1 or more Accounting MRP Software

·         Proficiency in the use of Windows and Microsoft software programs

·         Strong organizational skills

·         Strong attention to detail and ability to focus

·         Strong, professional oral/written communication and negotiation skills

·         Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

·         Highly motivated and persistent
