Job Description:

Fidelity National Field Services, a subsidiary of Fidelity National Financial has an opening
for an on-site customer service liaison for a Dallas area Mortgage Company. 

 

The on-site representative will act, as a liaison for the service needs of our customer and
Fidelity National to verify and ensure accuracy of orders and complete deadlines in a timely
manner.

 

The ideal candidate will have one to two years of office experience with a customer service
focus.  Ability to resolve complex and diverse issues by identifying hidden problems and
patterns. Be an organized self-starter with the ability to work independently.  Knowledge of
mortgage industry desired.  Understanding of property preservation work preferred.  Strong
verbal and written communication skills a must with ability to operate Microsoft Office, Word,
Excel and Outlook.
