We are currently seeking a Site Manager to be responsible for the overall business operations
for the Coppell, TX Content Management site.

 

Essential Job Duties:

 

* Develop and implement production quality standards and procedures, and remain current on
latest technology/services to ensure the company's competitive advantage

* Must be able to maximize productivity by formulating goals and action plans, making timely
decisions, meeting deadlines, achieve quality performance goals by effectively managing
product and service

* Must manage within financial guidelines, and ensure efficient operation of the site

* Manage human resources issues, partner with sales and product delivery staff and manage
vendor relations

* Maintain quality standards in all areas of production

* Effectively communicate with clients during visits, problem solving, and reporting as
needed

* Make timely decisions in managing workload and on time delivery

* Assist in leading cross-functional and cross-site teams to develop and implement process
improvement ideas

* Complete monthly financials, billing and reporting

* Handle personnel issues regarding discipline, performance management and salary
recommendations

 

Special Skills and Abilities:

 

* Minimum 5 years experience in print and mail operations and management responsibilities

* Strong leadership abilities, including development of staff, innovation and risk taking, and
strategic planning

* Ability to motivate and create a team environment

* Outstanding organizational, problem-solving and decision-making skills

* Requires strong working knowledge of all operational equipment

* Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

* Bachelor degree preferred

* Travel as needed
