Customer Account Manager
QAS is the global leader in Address Management software. QAS began 14 years ago, has been
profitable every year, boasts revenues of $100 million per year, and is now part of the
Experian family of companies. QAS opened operations in the US in 2000 and has grown
substantially in the last year with US offices in Boston, San Francisco, Chicago, and New
Customer Account Managers are responsible for supporting new clients and handling their
license renewals. Customer Account Managers carry a monthly target that is the basis for their
bonus. The goal of this role is to progress to the role of Senior Customer Account Manager.
This role carries an increased target and increased earnings.
Primary activities include:
Calling new customers shortly after their purchase to make sure they have clear plans for
implementation and that they know how to reach support if required.
Calling customers periodically to ensure that they are happy with the implementation of their
software and to see if there is any additional support needed.
Managing the license renewal for mid-market customers.
Assisting Senior Customer Account Managers with specific accounts
Customer Account Managers go through formal product and customer management training and
report to Senior Account Managers. Senior Customer Account Managers closely monitor activity
and are available for escalation.
Essential Skills and Experience Required:
A Bachelors Degree from a competitive college or university with a high GPA.
1 to 3 years of relevant work experience
An interest in a career in account management, demonstrated through previous employment,
course work or internships.
Excellent phone and interpersonal skills.
A high aptitude and comfort level with technical environments.
Articulate and professional with an enthusiastic attitude and a focus on results.
A full and valid driver's license.
Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Base salary between $40,000 and $45,000 depending on experience. On target earnings between
$50,000 and $60,000.
The Customer Account Manager is eligible for the QAS U.S. Customer Management Commission Plan
which includes a base commission on renewal margin retained within portfolio, as well as a
graduated commission accelerator.
