Cell Culture Supervisor


Job Description:
The Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for operations performed in the production of
clinical and commercial biopharmaceuticals in a multi-product environment. The duties include
technology transfer from Process Development; equipment acquisition; equipment, process, and
method validation; equipment and systems upgrades; and minor process development. He or she
also oversees operations to ensure that production demands are met, with minimal deviations
and/or product loss. He or she coordinates the execution of all validation and maintenance work
in the production area and ensure that the manufacturing staff is well trained and GMP
compliant.

Requirements: 

Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent work experience (at least 5 years biotech industry
experience). 
Minimum of 5 years of directly related experience, including at least 1 year of leadership
experience.
Highly developed organizational, leadership and communication skills.
Prefer process development or technology transfer experience.
