Job Summary
The Spire Account Manager acts as the liaison between the client, sales and production.
Account Service maintains an ongoing relationship with their assigned clients, managing all
aspects of the job, from coordinating creative requests to ensuring a direct mail piece is
completed on time. Managing the entire project, Account Managers prioritize, review, track and
act as quality control. 

Principle Duties
∑ Liaison between the client, salesperson and production for assigned accounts
∑ Prioritize incoming orders
∑ Communicate with Production to schedule all phases of a job
∑ Coordinate and quality control client projects from start to finish
∑ Accurately enter all orders for proper distribution of expenses and revenues
∑ Identify and validate additional charges to ensure accurate and timely billing
∑ Reconcile account invoicing

∑ Excellent verbal and writing skills, including telephone skills
∑ Experience with direct client contact and interactive problem solving
∑ Highly organized with keen attention to detail
∑ Proven ability to work under the pressure of tight deadlines and changing priorities
∑ Ability to handle multiple tasks and products simultaneously 
∑ Working knowledge of various software, to include QuarkXpress, Photoshop, Acrobat and the
suite of Microsoft Office products is required
∑ Clear understanding of traditional and digital printing process
∑ 2+ years customer service/account management experience

Education:  Bachelorís Degree required
