The e-Business Associate supports to the Sr. e-Business Analyst with the functional development
of the Nellie Mae web sites by testing business requirements and documenting tasks. The
associate will assume the role of technical support liaison with NLMA customer service,
operations, RAEs and external customers. The associate will participate in strategic
e-Business planning, including proposing ideas for developing functional tools and
applications. Incumbent will maintain and update the NLMA Intranet, manage and maintain the
to-be-developed e-Business Documentation Library and assist the Web Production Specialist with
HTML coding as needed. Position requires technical thinking/writing skills, solid knowledge of
HTML, knowledge of quality assurance protocol and project management skills.
Basic Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 2 year project management experience in a corporate environment
Minimum 1 year of technical writing experience
Minimum 1 year of quality assurance and systems testing
Minimum 1 year of HTML, CSS coding experience
Knowledge of MS Office
Knowledge of MS Project 2000
Knowledge of MS Visio
Knowledge of MS Front Page
Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
Possess professional phone manners
Possess a sound understanding of Web page layout, usability, functionality and performance
Demonstrate creativity and initiative
High attention to detail
Ability to juggle multiple projects, manage workload and meet deadlines
Willingness to learn new technologies
