The Project Manager is responsible for the planning, administering and successful
implementation of projects for many of our North America Planitgo customers.
This position will work closely with all Program Managers, Technical leads, Development Staff
and Account Managers and customer contacts to estimate, plan, manage and deliver successful
The Project Manager will ensure that all requirements are understood; attend all relevant
workshops and meetings and manage all communication between the customer and all support teams
for the life of the projects.
Must be able to work with the Internal Planitgo Service Delivery team to plan program/project
tasks and milestones for all phases of a project using MS project and other relevant tools.
Must be able to administer and monitor schedules for issues; notify internal teams and
customer project teams of issues or potential issues.
Must be able to support all testing efforts, especially customer acceptance testing.
This position requires 10+ years experience, including 5 years Project Management experience
in the development of software of web-delivered products, including fluency with MS Project or
a similar tool. Use Case methodology or UML training and MS Project training/certification a
Must have experience communicating with technical and non-technical individuals with the
ability to extract sufficient detail to create accurate and comprehensive project plans.
May include occasional travel to vendor sites, conferences, customer visits.
Position is in Waltham, MA USA and working hours generally East Cost time but schedule
flexibility/availability is dependent upon development project cycles.
