Interactive Advertising Sales Representative
Eons is seeking an Advertising Sales person to join our team and sell targeted site
advertising. This is a rich opportunity as organizations all over the country are reaching out
to connect with this consumer category. Eons will be the media to make that connection.
This person will be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities with
the top agencies and corporations targeting the Eons demographic. As a member of the Eons
sales team, you will develop solid relationships with executive level contacts at client
companies. You will manage short and long term sales cycles with annual deal sizes from $100k
- $1MM+. Your responsibilities will include developing new business from a cold start.
List of Responsibilities
ý Develop and execute a territory plan
ý Prospect and cold call contacts aimed at selling and developing customer relationships
ý Develop a thorough understanding of the advertising market for 50+ and the competition
ý Travel to top prospects for high level sales presentations and deal structure meetings
ý Communicate key strategic opportunities and take action against them
ý Timely and accurate interaction with and automated sales management system
ý Meet or exceed a monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goal
Qualifications for Position
ý 2+ years experience selling interactive advertising is required
ý Experience with both agency and client direct sales preferred.
ý Experience and comfort working in a fast paced, empowered environment
ý Start up or early stage company experience preferred.
