Store Managers are accountable for superior customer service as well as profitability through
effective management of the store. Responsibilities include the hiring and training of
Wireless Consultants, the development of creative programs for driving sales as well as
inventory control, loss prevention and customer retention. The Sprint/Nextel Store Manager

Managers must have 3 to 5 years store manager experience preferably in a retail setting.

Manages a retail store or kiosk. 

1. Develops sales opportunities, maintains store focus on sales while achieving a personal
sales quota. 
2. Manages day to day operation of Nextel Retail store or kiosk, maintains store appearance,
performs administrative duties, prepares reports, reviews daily receipts. Protects company
assets including banking and inventory spot checks
3. Recruits, trains, supervises and mentors wireless consultants
4. Facilitates problem resolution and customer service.

Qualifications: (Job related skills, experience, and education): 

Four years of high school, vocational school or equivalent preferred. 
Three to Five years retail store management experience required
