Prepare, coordinate, and produce proposals, presentations, customized requests for proposals,
and formal requests for proposals for custody and corporate trust services.
Develop and distribute new or updated collateral or sales support materials.
Help generate and maintain new business lead databases and lists.
Support the sales reporting and tracking process: Assist Business Development
Officers with new account procedures and setting up new accounts.
Coordinate all Institutional Services and Management division events and conferences.
Adhere to all duties as assigned, including special projects.
Strong written and oral communication skills to work with various levels of management within
the division and the bank.
Excellent project management skills to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines and
Ability to create and implement both creative and product based programs.
Expert proficiency in access and excellent database management skills/abilities.
Preferred Skills Include:
Demonstrates knowledge and experience with sales and marketing support.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
Strong creative and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with a large volume of deadline
Advanced PC skills in all Microsoft programs.
