Key Roles and Responsibilities Include:

Qualified individual will serve as the primary strategist between Pershing and the
correspondent brokerage customer.  Introducing products and systems, understanding customer
business issues, developing solutions and strategies, are all part of this key role.  Serve as
a primary liasion between customer and Pershing.  Coordinate and manage system, products and
services implementations on behalf of the customer.  Will be responsible for new business
development as well as cross-selling new products and services to existing correspondents. 
This person will be an integral part of the relationship management team responsible for
maintaining multiple customer relationships with combined annual revenues between $7 to $15
million. 

 

·       Educating clients on Pershing’s procedures, processes, systems and applications

·       Participating on internal committees and project rollouts

·       Communicating to senior management on all relevant issues and strategic plans

·       Periodic customer visits required

  

Experience and/or Skill Sets:

 ·     4 year college degree preferred

·       3-5 years prior brokerage experience and general industry knowledge required

·       Account or relationship management experience is a plus

·       Excellent oral and written communication skills

·       Detail oriented with time management and organizational skills essential

·       Must be able to work in a high-pressure environment under stringent deadlines

·       Strong team player who can also function independently to meet set initiatives

·       Proficient in Microsoft Office as well as the internet

·       35% travel required within defined region

·       Series 7 & 63 licenses preferred
