Job Description:
This person will be responsible for managing a set number of existing accounts for our sell
side client base. Ideally, this person will have "Wall Street" experience selling some service
or product. Must have knowledge of a variety of vendors that sell services into the buy or sell
side as well as client relationship experience. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary duties for this position are: respond to customer inquiries, set up new accounts,
troubleshoot existing accounts, train clients, and support the sales team. 

REQUIRED SKILLS/EDUCATION
Successful candidates will possess 0-3 years Account Management experience or 1-3 years
industry work experience, detail oriented, strong client service skills, outstanding customer
service skills, and bachelors degree in business or related field. Financial industry
knowledge and Wall Street experience preferred.

Travel (approx. 25%) and evening/weekend work (on rotational basis) is required.
