Who We Are:
The Barry Price Rehabilitation Center is a non-profit organization which provides support
services to adults with developmental disabilities. We are a community based organization
offering residential services, employment supports and day habilitation programs. Our mission
is to support and enhance the lives of individuals by encouraging personal growth and active
participation in the community, and respecting individual preferences and diversity.
Oversee total operation of a growing Residential Program with 4 group homes supporting
individuals with developmental disabilities.
Monitor the development and implementation of all plans and programs for individuals.
Ensure that program records and files are maintained and monitored for accuracy and compliance
with all regulations.
Provide programmatic supervision to all residential staff, monitoring staff progress, training
Develop and implement program policies and procedures that reflect the individual operational
needs of the program.
Monitor and maintain program budget, managing physical sites.
Oversee DMR Quality Enhancement Compliance.
Maintain positive communication with individuals and their families, employees and other
Bachelorís Degree required, at least 4 years of experience working with individuals with
developmental disabilities and 2 years of supervisory experience.
Working knowledge of DMR regulations and state contract system.
Strong supervisory and administrative skills.
Ability to work successfully as a member of a team.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing.
Valid Driverís License, good driving record and a willingness to use personal or agency
vehicle in the course of employment.
Ability to lift and support the body weight of any program individual with the assistance of
another staff member.
Salary & Benefits:
∑ $40,000+/yr, commensurate upon experience.
