future of the company The position is officer-level and is responsible for the continued
development of a team of Regional Sales Directors located throughout the United States. It is
headquartered in the Milwaukee, WI, area. Travel is required.
You will oversee the sale of an Employee Benefits product using a variety of channels such as
carriers, employee benefit agencies, TPAs, brokers and consultants. You will direct the
efforts of your sales management team as they develop their territories. You will be
responsible for strategizing and developing additional territories to stimulate continued
You will need to have hands-on experience and a well-developed network in the national EB
arena in a sales management capacity. A strong background of at least ten years in management
of EB, especially Medical Benefits sales, is required. Also required is experience is
budgeting and long- and short-term business planning.
