We are a mid-size, 30-person firm with offices in Tampa and Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.  Our 33
year old firm provides a high level of customer service oriented A/E services to Fortune 500
clients.  We specialize in prototype buildings and mixed use projects for the banking,
financial, retail, housing and automotive industry in the Southeast.  We also renovate and
oversee adaptive re-use of structures for a variety of client users.

 

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:

We are seeking a Project Manager with strong autocad with at least 5 years of experience and a
4 year degree in Architecture or a Related Field.  If you are a recent Master’s Graduate, and
have exceptional learning ability and strong career commitment, this requirement may be
waived.  The responsibilities and skills can be quickly learned by resourceful individuals.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION & SKILLS:

This is a hands-on, blended work position requiring a mature individual who:

·        has good verbal and written communication skills, 

·        is a self-starter, 

·        can plan his/her work week, 

·        create milestone schedules, 

·        can work and understand construction budgets

·        can draft and design in autocad and 

·        oversee the construction administration process through site inspections and in
concert with AIA documents practices.
