oriented individual with excellent communication skills who thrives working in a fast-paced,
Demonstrating an understanding of our loan programs and underwriting guidelines and
effectively communicating features, advantages, and benefits to our current and prospective
borrowers, capital partners and investors.
Effectively communicating with new prospects in order to obtain loan requests via the phone
and in person.
Inputting new loan request into the database
Assisting in the processing of loan proposals, and following-up with clients and capital
partners to insure information is provided on a timely basis
Monitoring the loan closing process through final funding.
Preparing correspondence, presentations, files, travel arrangements, agendas and any other
Other administrative duties as requested by management
Minimum of 2-3 years Real Estate Financing and Processing experience, preferably in Commercial
A Bachelors degree in Business or a related field is preferred
Intermediate to Expert level MS Word/Excel/Outlook skills
An ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously
Must be comfortable communicating with all levels of management
Must have excellent written & verbal communication skills and be able to communicate clearly
