Job Description:
Position Summary: Will be responsible for managing a variety of projects related to build-out
and/or maintenance and upgrade of facilities globally. 

 

Additional Responsibilities: 

 

Coordinate activities of Engineering, Facilities, Security & Safety to deliver best in class
facilities on-time and with-in budget
Manage cross-functional teams to establish facilities criteria (location and technical
specifications)
Develop detailed project plans including project costing and budget preparation
Develop, maintain and report metrics related to facility implementations globally
 

 

Position Requirements:

 

1-2 years experience in project management/administration of commercial facilities
Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field
Wireless industry product knowledge a plus
Ability to read and interpret detailed blue prints and schematics
Ability to travel up to 50% internationally 
Excellent computer skills including  MS Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Bilingual English / Spanish required, Portuguese a plus
Excellent oral and written communication skills
