* to team with property accountants to assume responsibility for the accuracy of property level
information for a portfolio of properties.
* The main function is to prepare all periodic Common Area Maintenance (CAM), Real Estate Tax
and Utility expense recovery reconciliationís for a portfolio of properties.
* maintain the integrity of financial and lease CAM information for all tenants and properties
as per the terms negotiated for each individual lease.
* This position is also required to maintain database integrity for all tenant charges, cash
applications and serve as the liaison between tenants and in-house users.
An undergraduate degree in business, finance or accounting; and/or equivalent related work
A minimum of 1 to 3 years related commercial real estate experience a plus
Excellent phone manners and customer service skills; ability to establish rapport with
Basic knowledge of accounting; able to perform elementary mathematical calculations
Ability to prepare reports and tenant correspondence
Solid time management and organizational skills with ability to prioritize and balance
multiple tasks and requests
Strong verbal & written communication skills, ability to communicate clearly with both
internal & external customers
Solid personal assertiveness skills and ability to resolve issues effectively
Detail oriented with strong analytical capabilities
Self starter; able to take initiative and make decisions with minimal direction in a high
Ability to present self and HTG in a professional manner in all customer communications and
